Reflections, Mount Revelstoke

Date:2007. Great FASD Horseback Ride Across Canada.

Near the summit of Mount Revelstoke, a tarn, (mountain lake). Mount Revelstoke National Park is a place of contrasts. From dense old-growth rainforest of giant cedar and pine, travel up through subalpine forest, and finally alpine meadows and tundra. Marvel at the spectacular view of the ice-clad peaks of the Monashee Mountains and, to the east, the Selkirk Mountains. The summit is 6,094-feet (1860-metres) above sea level.

Mixed media archival pigments and dimensional acrylic on archival canvas based on an original photograph taken by the artist. The finished mixed media paintings are each unique and original and individually signed by the artist. The finished picture should last for many generations.

18"X24" and 24"X36" pieces are on canvas mounted on stretcher bars ready for framing. A black border on the side of the stretcher bars provides a finished appearance that can be used without framing. 9"X12" pieces are mounted on a hardboard backing, ready for framing. The 8"X10" prints are mounted on 11"x14" black matting, ready for framing.

Taxes are included.
